I was recently hospitalized for thoughts of suicide. It's hard to explain to people that do not suffer from anxiety that, yes, my anxiety affects my life to the degree that I no longer want to live.
I've suffered from anxiety/panic/phobia since I was a child, and, unfortunately, I'm going through hell right now!
I am thankful for this support! I've never joined a support group online. I must say that just by letting all of you know a little about about me and my struggle, I'm feeling better than I did just a few minutes ago. And, I'm even smiling and laughing inside! Grateful!

Hello darlin, your post brought me joy in the sharing and admiration of your strength and ability to survive, although if it doesn't feel that way I can sure relate!! It's amazing that you could get that awesome pic up of the kitty cat when not feeling so well. Funny and well done! Please hang in there, for you, and me, and all of the rest of us!
