Post visit to new therapist

Saw new therapist yesterday. She has lots of good ideas and seems very into helping people like me. She uses some pretty forward methods and works a lot with veterans and ptsd sufferers. She says ptsd comes in many many forms and since I know when my prop lens started and why she thinks some of newer methods may work out for me. Also seeing my doctor tomorrow for help with antidepressants while I’m in therapy. I have been on them in the past with positive results (except for the time I took immitrex at the same time which is now an official no no. We’ll see and let you all know. Meanwhile I’m managing on as small a dose of Ativan as I can make it on😜
