Hello im a 29 year old mother and wife and I have been struggling with anxiety and depression most of my life. Recently I just lost my sister and everything has been worst. I am going to school for art therapy and I recently had to drop my classes this semester bc I couldn’t get through a day without having a panic attack

You not alone in those feelings.

I feel that way everyday and every moment of my life.

I have severe panic attacks and am even scared to go outside..

I highly recommend that you find a CBT therapist a real one. Looking on this site will help you find one, and many will work with you online of one is not near you. The lost of your sister is a traumatic event so it is not surprising that your anxiety will get even higher. I am also recommending EFT for you. Emotional Freedom Technique from a professional as it is effective. All the best.

Thank u for recommendations... I am familiar with CBT but not exactly sure what EFT is

Emotional Freedom Technique. I happened to be a therapist eft practitioner mother of 3 that has this challenge. So I know how well both work personally and professionally I am also an herbalist.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine the pain of losing a sister. I have experienced panic attacks and know how hard they can be. I hope you are able to get help from a doctor, maybe meds, maybe changing your diet or exercise. There is hope. Don't give up.
