Hi everyone! My names Megan, or Meg, or Mego, whichever you prefer.
I’m 21 years old and currently working on getting my AA at a local state college.
I was first diagnosed with depression when I was 16, but I was always a bit more reserved growing up than my friends, so I knew something was off LOL!
I was later misdiagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder and recently just got that fixed back to MDD. I have also been diagnosed with GAD and social anxiety disorder.
I’m currently doing the TMS therapy treatment right now. So hoping that helps some! Have any of you done TMS?
I’ve got to be honest you guys, I’ve never been one for support groups, but my therapist thinks it’s a really good idea to be in one now due to COVID and the limited social interactions.
I’m not really sure how these work so any tips are appreciated!
Also, I really love dogs so if you love dogs then I think we will get along well :)))
I hope all of you are staying safe and well.
Megan

Hey Meg! Welcome to the site. It’s a great way to stay connected, especially at a time like this. I can relate to being anxious and quite reserved. The best way to get started is to jump right in the conversation
Hi and welcome! It's a great community but just be cautious you dont want to share too much of your personal life here. The problems, yes, but not anything else. You're young, just be careful
Hi there 🙋♀️ megoxx!! Welcome! Some of us you'll find, use one, two or more different sites under the umbrella "healthunlocked.com" - for example I'm mainly on British Lung Foundation but i also gain alot from this site. If you want to look at the many other sites, I'm sure you go to the 9 little circles icon at the top. Then you can scroll down and see which if any other sites will be of any interest to you.
Anyway, glad to see a new name, a new member and hoping to chat again soon. 🐿🌈😷
