Depressed...Again

I can feel my moods switching to sad. I was doing so well for the pass two weeks. Damn. 🤷‍♀️

This happens to me too. I'll start to feel like I'm getting better and then suddenly the sad and anxious thoughts will begin to creep in. What works for me is keeping busy. Do laundry, make a list of everything you need to do, take a shower, eat. Anything to keep your mind from wandering off into negative thoughts. Of course, this is easier said than done, but even simple things such as watching tv can take your mind off the sadness.
