My Brain doesn't shut off I could be doing something I would usually enjoy recently and just not give shit I'm not interested in anything. I want to sleep majority of the time. I have constant thoughts I dwell on things I try to let go off but it's like I just walk in circles . Looking for friends to talk too normally about everyday shit and our problems ,(': message me .

I know the feeling, when your brain won't shut off. I call it hamster-wheeling, when you get caught in a whirl of OMG thoughts and you can't stop or come up with a good solution. Frustrating, isn't it? I, too, am looking for ways to break the chain of negativity!

When I get depressed I just want to sleep too! My husband doesn’t understand depression as most people don’t! They think you can just turn around and feel great! So frustrating!
