Hello! I just found this page/space and think is amazing.
So... Even though i manage my anxiety and panic disorders a lot better now, i still feel pretty much alone when comes to talking about it with my partner or with anyone, for that matter. I feel like, even though they try to pay attention, is not something they understand and therefore not something they want to talk about.
I get it. I just wish it was different.

Welcome Lia00 to this amazing support group. I'm so glad you found us.
We all realize how hard it is for those around us to understand what we go
through day in and day out. It's frustrating to say the least.
You have just taken your first step forward in getting the understanding, support and care that we all need in not feeling so alone. So Lia, take our hand as we walk this journey together. xx
Welcome to the community! The most of us will understand what you go through, as a lot of us are sufferers ourselves and although we cannot be a substitution for professional medical support, we can try our best to help out and lend an ear and hand.
Thank you, Sliverofsilver. It's good to know that i have company here, people that can actually understand.
Hello to you, the more we all talk about it the better, as it will promote greater understanding and encourage the medical profession to invest more resources. We are stronger together and we can change things for the better. Take care,
