jesset, it sounds like you are in a high anxiety state of mind. When we reach that point it can help seeing your doctor, possibly being put on short term medication as well as having talking therapy. We can support you from this end by sharing our own experiences in what has worked for us but it doesn't take the place of a professional.

Something brings us to this state of panic and fear that needs to be addressed. Once it is then the adrenaline with lower. The longer we fear the fear it becomes chronic. Day after day. Something needs to change so that the cycle can be broken. That is usually done by medication or therapy. Once you get to a more stabilized point, then it's time to find methods or tools that will assist you in reducing stress and fear.

For me, I use meditation and deep breathing daily. Both of those tools help reduce my anxiety as well as keep me more stabilized during difficult times. Deep Breathing got me out of the house after being Agoraphobic for 5 years. Also Acceptance of anxiety not being harmful. The subconscious mind triggers thoughts that play over and over in our head producing physical symptoms. These symptoms are not caused by any physical issue but a trick of the mind lying to us. So you see jesset, you can learn from others on this site who have dealt with their own issues. Pick and choose which ones may work for you as well. Since we are all different, there is no one set rule that applies. Unfortunately, no magic wand or pill :)
