Nightmares

Lately, the only dreams I remember are nightmares. Whether it's my friends or family getting killed in front of me, being on a exploding batlefeild, or running from my inner demons. They persistently continue almost every night. Is there any way to deal with these? or will they just stay with me till I resolve the thing that's bothering me while I'm awake?

I used to get some whoppers of nightmares..even ones that would startle me awake, and wanna run for the hills. I landed up getting a book on "Dreams and there meanings".I think u can even google that also.
