I am so tired.

Everything hurts.

Life is beautiful now.

But nightmares creep in.

They torture me.

They hurt me.

Real or not.

I am hurting.

Hello, I know how awful nightmares can be, used to have them, now seldom. talk to your Dr. perhaps she/he can be of help. Perhaps you could talk to a therapist, I did and it helped a Lot. Sounds like you have some old fears to deal with. Be kin to yourself and find help. Write to us for love and support. I send you love, calm, peace and big hugs......Sprinkle 1
