I feel myself slipping away into numbness, last time I went completely numb. I ended up relapsing in self-harm (cutting/burning.) I'm scared and I don't want to go numb. Does anyone know a way to stop it?

Going Numb
Hello, so sorry that you are experiencing a difficult time at the present. Based on the brief details you have given, seeing a doctor (and a specialist) and seeking support from family, friends, counsellors and specialist support groups should help. Hope you get the help you need and deserve. Take care,
Sometimes when I have thoughts that seem to invade my mind with no way of escape, I turn on praise and worship music as loud as I can tolerate and I start singing. I'm sure this can work with any genre of music as long as the music is uplifting to you. Its as if your mind has to choose which "thing" it wants to focus on and most of the time, the music will win because a song just continues and then another song comes on, etc. If you aren't in a singing mood, try turning on some classical music or jazz. You don't have to be a fan of this type of music (i'm not) but it sometimes can be very soothing and relaxing. This brings me to another thing (meditation or yoga). If you belong to a gym and they offer yoga, try it. Research says yoga helps the mind, body, and soul. You should also seek professional help because tackling this alone can be very difficult. A professional can help you uncover some of the events that may trigger this self-harming behavior. When you have an immediate need and can't get to a doctor or go to the gym, singing or playing classical/jazz music may be great options.
