Hello I’m new
Hi and welcome. Having anxiety and depression is not easy but you should be so proud of yourself, you have taken steps to better yourself. Eating better, exercising and you stopped hurting yourself, those are milestones. It's not easy for everyone to accomplish those things and you have, be proud of what you have accomplished you are doing great. I understand you don't have insurance there are places that you can get help free of charge maybe you can look into that. You can also always come here for support, we are not medical professionals but it helps to let things of your chest and have people that can relate and advise you one way or another. You are young and you will have many more birthdays to come and they will all be great.
Hi and welcome. Swan has said it all so all I can add is a shoulder to cry on..... this site has helped me so much...... Just letting the words flow without judgement is a blessing.
You are young and with a little push you CAN turn things around.
Imagine yourself next years birthday as happy and successful. There's a lot in positive thinking.
Good luck my friend..
