Don't want to go through the all the pain of the past with yet another talk therapist. Major anxiety about yesterday's appointment.
How do I heal from that hell? Tired of thinking about all of it. Want to move forward, but am I stuffing my anger or choosing to not let it consume me yet again? Telling myself to let it be or am I kidding myself?
