Someone to talk me through panic attack

Sometimes when a panic attack starts if I have someone to just chat me through it it will subside quickly

Hi i suffer from panic attacks as well.What helps me sometimes is doing breathing excercises.Take a deep breath and breathe through your nose and let your stomach expand like a balloon.Hold your breath and stomach for about 4 seconds and then slowly exhale through your mouth.Do this as many times as you like.You also can look at your favorite movie or a video of parrots cussing.If it isnt to late at night take a walk to get some air.If all else fails there is no shame in calling the paramedics.

Me too, I always text or call someone when I’m having a panic attack. Panic attacks feel so awful I know, I’ve had a ton of them. Feeling short of breath, dizzy, heart racing, tense it’s the worst feeling. You will be ok thought, the panic will ease up and your endorphins will kick in. Take a nap afterward or enjoy some hot tea, something to relax yourself. Holy Basil tea is an adaptogen it helps your body replenish from stress. I try and drink a cup at night. I hope you are feeling better.

Sounds like a plan,I’ve just had a look on eBay And a fiver for 20 tbags so I’ve put an offer in £4.20😊ille feel like a winner in life if I get them,I did buy some herbal one s 40 t bags from the health shop but still got 39 left they tasted like Parma violets.i think my adrenals have burned out years ago but thanks for the recommendation it’s worth a try .just won them lifetone tulsi green tea 🍵🧘🏻‍♂️

i feel my whole life is a panic attack, as i have angst, and as soon as i settle a bit i want to 'improve', and i try something i can't finish la di la di lah, move around do anything will help, it will ease itself and you can divert your fear to aspiration for a while lol
