There is hope after 46 years of Anxiety and clinical depression, I am now having the best time of my life ! But remember most of that time, I was putting knowledge on how to think, and learning new ways all the time. And I am still learning more every day. The Key is action, even in the deepest depression I would listen to Wayne Dyer etc. All I did was press play on the cd player that was the action. Now all the positive learning and more is starting to flow out of me so if I can do it so can every one, The Key is action to change your thinking. Namaste. I am now 63 ?
