Yes the raising your blood pressure and heart palpitations are a direct result of your anxiety and panic attacks I almost coated with a stroke on the way to the hospital during an extreme panic attack it is very detrimental to your health it is of utmost importance that you learn to breathe and work through your panic attacks or they told me someone will find me in my house did one day it's very hard to deal with and I'm still learning how I wish you the best of luck

This is absolutely not true. You can't die from a panic attack. It does not happen. This post should be removed.

Love and light to you ❤🌹

I'm so sorry that scared you. 🤗 I have them too so I understand. Some things that help me are first, focusing on my breathing or an object near by and asking myself about it, what color is it? How big is it? What is it made of? Things like that. It is panic and it is scary but it will pass....You Will be ok! Also taking a magnesium supplement has helped lower the number of attacks I have because of its relaxing effect on the nervous system. I hope things get better for you and if you'd ever like to talk feel free to message me. I'm here for you. ❤

I'm going to report this post and hopefully it will be removed.

Absolutely not true. Nobody has ever died from a panic attack. It might feel like your dying but you won’t. If you have a panic attack you should practice deep breathing and keep telling yourself that you aren’t in danger. Depending on the severity of the attack the symptoms should start to subside within 3 to 20 minutes.
