Cotalopram

Currently on 20mgs citalopram. (10mg in morning and 10mg on a night) but this past week all my physical symptoms have come back. I’ve been getting headaches nd went to docs nd they thought I had sinusitis so gave me a nasal for it but the pain I’m getting in head is like tension. Like someone pulling an elastic band right round me head near my temples and when I had dinner at work today my whole face went tense nd ached every time I ate something. Are these t Mahon headaches due to anxiety? I could kick myself cos I was doing excellent on the tablets. Just wondering if I should up the meds cos maybes they aren’t strong enough now
