Just overall anxious all the time and it sucks

How are you feeling today? Anxiety is the biggest joy robber, isn't it? You're in a good place for some support. I saw you're taking medication, do you also have a therapist or support group (family, friends, church group, etc.) you can bounce things off of?
I feel your pain, I have been suffering from severe general anxiety as well as major health anxiety. Lately I have found eating healthier and creating habits/routines like "always reading 1 hour before bed" "Avoiding certain types of music or television/movies that seem to make me more anxious" "talking to my partner/friends more when I have these rough feelings." I have also started taking CBD oil, 3 days in, it helps keep me relaxed, calm and I avoid worrying about the simple things now. Hope you find some relief, its out there we just need to find what works for us individually. Always here to chat.
