They will help you of course, i dont think that theyll send you to psych hospital...
If you are not already on anti anxiety medication they may give you something short term until you can see your own Dr. Are you on the UK?
I feel like my only option is to suffer. My insurance doesn't cover therapy anymore.
My apologies I should have said United Kingdom , thanks hypercat54! It's different here as most of our hospitals have crisis mental health teams who provide urgent support . I think it might help if you start to form a plan about how you are going to start to deal with this. There are lots of good online resources that you could use, any friends/ family you could confide in that would be able to help? Do you have access to emergency medication for anxiety or is this recent ? You shouldn't have to suffer like this with no help, can you get an appointment with a Dr? Sorry for all the questions
No family or friends here. A dr. App wait is at least 1 month. I have no access to medicine.
Ok I see why you feel desperate. I would think about calling the Dr and asking for an emergency appointment that you can't wait a month. If there is absolutely nothing sooner then make the appointment they give you as you are going to have to see a Dr a some point. Check online and see if there are any crisis mental health charities you could call now for a chat ? Think if there is any friend even if you haven't spoken in a while that you could call? Otherwise stay on here to keep yourself distracted until the feels ease a little.
