Woke up around midnight last night feeling like I have been drugged not sure if I was just sleeping that hard or something else. Today at work still feeling pretty out of it which is making me on edge just waiting for a panic attack to start anytime. So tired of feeling this all time. I’m nervous to start the buspar my PCP has prescribed because I am afraid of the side effects.... it just never ends
