I’m so sorry you’ve had such a horrible time. Are you taking medication, seeing a therapist?

No I’m not I tried Zoloft and lexapro didn’t like them both I’m thinking about medication again cuz I can’t get control of my anxiety but I really don’t want to and I am looking to find a good therapist right now because I feel so alone a lot even though I’m around people

I know you hate it. I hate it too and I have been feeling the same. Have you been getting any sleep? Sometimes if nothing else, I’ll try to just focus on getting a decent nights sleep. I’ll take Benadryl or something over the counter to make sure I can truly rest. Sometimes a good sleep can help you think clearer. It’s not a cure all. But it’s a start.

No I haven’t been getting good sleep in about a month and these past two weeks it really hard to sleep I even. Try sleepy time tea doesn’t work I just hate it cuz I feel so dizzy and lightheaded going on two weeks as well 😞

Try Benadryl or melatonin. A good sleep will help you think clearer. It’s not a fix all. But it helps.

Oh man I know exactly how this feels. I agree with Broken that sleep can make a huge difference. I just had a bad episode this weekend and when it ended I was exhausted and slept for 12 hours. I needed a change of scenery to feel better too, I packed a bag and slept at my parents house. If a change of scenery is an option I recommend it.

Is the chest tightness shortness of breath? Maybe a Xanax or klonapin would help.
