I’m so sorry. If you need to talk I am here to listen. I’m going through something similar and I know how much it hurts. Try and be with family and friends as much as possible. And if you can’t do that...try doing something you enjoy or treat yourself to a pedicure or something. Everything happens for a reason. You never know what the future holds. Try and keep your head up. You can do it.

I know. My girlfriend of 3 years just broke up with me. It’s hard. Eventually things will make you happy again. Every day it will get a little better. Right now I feel the same way you do. Just hold on. Each day is a step towards feeling good again.
