Vraylar help!

Help please! First time taking vraylar yesterday. Physiatrist thinks I could have bipolar 1 mixed episodes so she gave me this but I feel so extremely anxious. I can't go into a store without feeling like everyone is looking at me and judging. I feel like crying for no reason. I didn't sleep at all last night. I have no appetite at all. I don't know what to do. I'm starting to get thoughts again but last time I went to the hospital it didn't help at all. My boyfriend and I are fighting because I'm so irritable and I can't control it. I just want to know if anyone else ever took these meds and feel like this too?
