So hows everyone been. I've been trying to catch up with everyone on here but I forgot how to get back on this forum. But I found it and now I've saved it. So how was the weekend? Well mines was awesome I couldn't be any happier. But once I got to work it was good yesterday till like 3 PM. My face started getting tingly my body felt weird. Like I just wanted to sleep. I had been sleepy all afternoon. But didnt think much of it. I also had a migraine. It started off slow but as the day went on it got worse. Once home I laid down and rested and it went away. But now I'm up and my right side of the chest hurts. I know it's just my anxieties. I just hate having flash backs of when I was so bad with my anxieties. I know they never completely go away. But I'm scared to leave my house today like I really am.

I'm doing pretty good these days. Anxiety is under control lately and no sign of a mixed mood or depression. Keeping fingers crossed.
I am hoping you will find relief soon. Are you taking meds and/ doing therapy?
I'm doing meditation and breathing exercises. No medication due to bad side affects to alot of them. I just hate the tingly in my face. I get it right when I wake up. It's like dang go away lol.
Coo! I'm into meditation and just recently started yoga.
I want to do yoga but it's hard here at home. But I'm a give it a try. It looks peaceful. But how is it going with the yoga? Is it easy?
I actually love it. It does seem to reduce stress some. I subscribed to a few YouTube channels. I look for exercises for beginners or I modify the exercises. Still working on flexibility. You can find yoga for anxiety and depression on youtube.

It subsided lol. But now I'm stressing over blood pressure.
I'm sorry your going through being scared to leave the house.....try if you can to remember what your routine is to get yourself in a secure place emotionally, and what you did to get out the last time....you are doing great and your recognizing that it's your anxiety's messing with your head....breathing.....tapping.... focus..... just to get your head into the moment for a while....

keep your mind focused on breathing.... and big breath in... then out when your feeling it coming on.... do the rubber band thing on the wrist if it gets too racy emotionally, snaps you back so to speak... any coping you already have... just use it as you need to. I'm rootin for ya ... this disease sucks.... and I hope in my lifetime somebody finds a way to re-wire our brain remotely...no surgery or life long thing we have to do...just one shot and we are fixed....
