Chest pains

I know with anxieties comes the chest pains. But what about the chest pains that come out of the blue. I've had my heart checked this year like 5 times already. But like today a few minutes ago I went to drop off my daughter and grandkids at there house and on the way their my chest started feeling achy. Then it got tight. I drove home with blurry vision and it started going away right now I'm sitting in the restroom still with a bit of discomfort. Does any one have any idea if it's an anxiety or stress? Please help. I don't want to scare myself.

Have you been doing anything that might have made your chest muscles sore?

I did work out this morning, I did this machine called a torso twist. It did hurt but the pain went away. It hurted as soon as I got behind the wheel.

I don’t know about you but I usually get sore hours after I work out. Especially the next morning. You might have stretched or strained the chest muscles. When driving your arms are extended in front of you so the pectoral muscles are forced to work. Since you exercised they might be sore.

Oh ok. I think I did because it did hurt and it felt like muscle spasms. Thank you. You have put my head at ease.

I’ve had discomfort in my chest all day. I just took a half tablespoon of baking soda mixed with 8 oz of water and it helped the discomfort is gone. That combo releases gas pain and reduces acid reflux

Oh wow thank you for that I'm a try that.

Didn’t they used to call that a soda bicarbonate?

I’m not sure I use just baking soda.

My grandmother used to do that when she ran out of alka seltzer.

It’s a great product that does a lot of good for you. It alkaline’s your system as well. Try it once a day it’s like an apple a day keeps the Dr away. I sometimes forget to take it but most days I do and it stops acid reflux.

My grandmother used it for heartburn.

It’s better then what the Dr gives you. The meds you get from the Dr for heartburn cause kidney damage if you take it for many years. John
