It’s been a minute since I wrote on here. I’ve been doing good for the most part. I can feel happiness again and I laugh a lot more. I’ve started going to a therapist and she told me ways to help deal with the anxiety and depression. So I’ve put them into use and I have to say it’s been helping tremendously. I look at life differently, and things that happen don’t have an affect on me like they once did. Life is good, so smile!!! 😄

may be if you don't mind, share some ways to deal with anxiety and depression. it would be interesting and useful( i know that we all are different, but some methods are more universal than others).
