I leave with fear
Look up Claire Weekes on the internet. She was an MD. (deceased now) There is a video out there of her. She has a great explanation regarding fear. I found it very helpful.
Fear can definitely get the best of us. I heard a quote from The Office TV Show and it’s very true. “Fear plays an interesting role in our lives. How dare we let it motivate us? How dare we let it into our decision-making, into our livelihoods, into our relationships? It’s funny isn’t it, we take a day a year to dress up in costume and celebrate fear? (Halloween)
You’re not alone. You can always share your fears on here. Try to recognize the fear and think about why or what’s triggering it. I hope you feel better ❤️
You probably have anxiety, that is what fear is. Can you face your fear head on, that has helped me in the past, dealt with it and got it over. Now my fear is anxiety in high gear, I have a prescription from my Dr. for Gabapentin, which is a non addictive drug. I suggest you talk to your Dr. and see what help there is available for you. I wish you luck, talk to us, we will help you if we can and are your friends. Sprinkle 1 ......
What are you afraid of? I feel the same to a degree but if I don't do something about my life I'm going to end up in a very bad way. Good luck x
I’m always afraid of everything, losing my opportunity of being where i am, my partner cheating or stop loving me, ending up on the streets, it’s overwhelming, it isn’t regular fear, I genuinely believe I’m sabotaging my own relationship with my insecurities but I can’t help them, it’s physical, pure terror all the time.
I hope everyone here finds the peace that i am craving so much because living like this isn’t living
I'm so sorry that you are experiencing such fear. Have you talked to a therapist of counselor to help you identify the root of your fears? I'm wondering how long you have been having this kind of intense fear. Have experienced any type of trauma? I have found that fear, anxiety, and worry have a lot to do with the need to control, especially the need to control everything about the future, instead of living in the present and resting and trusting that whatever life has for you, there is a God who is always present with me to give me peace and comfort. I have also found it helpful to journal very openly and honestly about my concerns. Sometimes, just getting them out, allows me to release them more and more. I pray that you will find peace and hope as you share on this forum.
