A friend of mine is starting TMS therapy (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). ). It's supposed to help whe meds no longer work. Hang in there! Praying for you!

I’ve heard TMS therapy works and ketamine. Those are available at psych hospitals, there is hope
I'm sorry that you are feeling so down and depressed and feel like you are losing hope! Depression can be such a debilitating thing to have to live with! You say that your meds no longer work. Is it possible that your body has adjusted to them and they are no longer working as well? Maybe if you talk to your doctor, there might be something that could work better? Also, are you seeing a therapist? Having someone to talk to and helping you through your thoughts and emotions might be beneficial.
