Do you ever feel like your mind is living in the past and no matter how hard you try you can never let go or move on ?
That’s how I feel, I don’t know how to look forward and how to see the light at the end of the tunnel, because I’m always thinking “what if”. Like what if I’ve done things differently, how would my life turn out ? Would I have the same regrets that I have right now ? Would I have been happier ? This thought process really drains me out sometimes and I don’t know how to stop it.

You must remember how powerful our brains are. When those thoughts come in your head push them out. Go to a positive place, hey if I can do it so can you. I'm here for you. Love & Hugs!!!
I know it's a huge challenge but fight the good fight, I believe in you! Love & Hugs!!!
Because your mind has gotten you stuck in the past. Create some new memories. Be courageous, do something grand. Go out and help some elderly people do their shopping, go sky diving, crash someone’s wedding reception, go sit down and enjoy free food and dancing. I do not know, I watch a lot of tv😂, wedding crashers. But do something.
I do, but I'm getting better at looking forward, past memories espicaly the goo one offer us that security blanket, as humans it's natural to stay in our comfort zone, it's the fear of the unknown, is where the aniexyt comes in to play, but you can not continue to look behide, you must be brave and venture forward in the future, good things kay ahead
I have the same problem. Some things have gotten better over time and don't effect me as much but I still have a couple things that play over and over in my mind. I hope you find something that helps you move past those thoughts. I know it can be frustrating. Stay strong. Hugs.
