I have to speak at my daughter's school today...a mother/daughter speech directed to her but in front of all others. My anxiety is so high about this. It's later this afternoon. Any words to help me get through this?

Try to live in the moment. Just take one minute at a time and not worry about what will happen in the future. If you have a few minutes do some meditation to relax.
As much as you can, focus in on your daughter. Pretend it is just you and her. I know it is nerve wracking to be in front of a bunch of people. I promise they will be thinking positive thoughts of you and the rest of those who are participating. What a special day you have ahead of you!
