Every month this anxiety always creeps back in to my life never fails always before my time of the month and after. Days likes this just makes me want to be normal like everyone else that don’t struggle with this horrible mental disease just makes me cry because I hate feeling the way I do.

Yes...being “normal” isn’t going to happen for us any longer so we make the best of what we have to work with. What does your anxiety entail? What is it about? Be careful to stay out of the past and the future with your thinking. Live in today only. The past is over with and cannot be changed. Hanging out in the past produces depression. The future isn’t even here yet! Hanging out in the future/worrying about it causes anxiety. Don’t make negative projections regarding the future, but give it a fighting chance to unfold as it should without your spin on it.
I’m so sorry that you’re struggling every month. Fighting hormones isn’t easy. Maybe your GYN has some ideas on what to do about it. Coming to a level of acceptance is also helpful about your disease. Keep fighting and think positively!! 🌺🙂🌺
Hey, sorry you're going through this cycle every month. My anxiety spikes at least once a month too. Do you have any support that can be there for you physically? It might help to have someone there for you when you're going theough the worst of it every month.
I know it’s so frustrating going through this monthly after doing so well but yes my mom she physically helps me get through it when I feel like I can’t control myself I call her on the phone so she can talk to me to take my mind of whatever is going on in der.
I'm glad to hear that you have your mom there! I used to keep it all in and it just made it so much more worse. Now I tell my husband everything and it helps a lot.
I am so sorry to hear this, friend. All we can do is to give our best fight everyday and stay strong. I know it is not easy and it's often hurting us and have our mind drained out but you can never give up. Things will slowly get better and you will feel okay again. Anxiety is difficult to deal with. I am sorry you are feeling the way you are! Just know that you are not alone. Have you tried talking with a close friend or family member about the way you are feeling? When I have an anxiety attack I always tell my closest friend so that they can try to help me in every way possible. I hope it gets better!
Been experiencing serious depression and anxiety that has put a hold on my life. I don’t do anything with myself but sleep allday and avoid responsibilities. It’s come to the point that I experience panick attacks. How do I get through this ?
I’m sorry to hear that tbh when you are at this point I understand how hard it is to control the panic attacks have you tried meditation? How about essential oils or hemp oil?
I have tried Xanax but then it causes me to make more mistakes in life.
Yea that is one thing I would not want to try Xanax can help and also can be very dangerous.
What else can I try ? I’ve tried paroxetine and it makes things 20 times worse.
