Oh I’m still new here, joined not even two weeks ago, so I haven’t majorly gotten to know anyone but I’ve gotten good honest help from replies and I’ve tried to do the same for others
I have crazy bad anxiety about…well most things in general so when I got recommended this place by a crisis line worker it was a huge help. A problem shared is a problem cut in half, ya know?
definitely I have a lot of anxiety and feeling a huge wave of it this evening. I have two kids but when they’re out of town like now, or they just not here it just feels really lonely and the anxiety kicks in big-time what are some ways that you deal with your anxiety?
honestly I completely understand loneliness. while everyone has different tastes and lifestyles, I have a few hobbies that I use as escapes just to get myself out of my own head. Anything that takes concentration and focus usually helps. Do you have any activities that you enjoy or at least let you express these feelings your having?
definitely I am a filmmaker and that’s a big part of my expression and creativity outlets. But I think it’s just at night when I feel overwhelmed and do things that probably could be healthier to deal with the anxiety.
I’m sorry I dozed off myself, it got late here fast, but I’m happy to hear you have some outlets. As for during the night, I personally get Into books or a weirdly in depth lecture vid on YouTube lol I hope I helped ya at least a little
