Hello everyone - I am just joining this group. In fact, this is the first ever support group I have ever joined frankly. My anxiety/depression diagnosis on top of the (sporadic at best) therapy since 2020 I have had made me feel like perhaps a support group would be good for me. Nervous - not sure what to do or say here. But - here we go!
Best thing to do is to be honest and try to say whatever's on your mind. We're all afflicted with one thing or another. So just try to take comfort in the fact that we're all in the same boat
