Freaking out
Hey, that happens to me sometimes to. You are OK. I know exactly how it feels. Lying in bed and then you get a weird almost tingling sensation in your arm and you can almost swear it's in your chest.... I had chest pains for about a week once. Had it checked out... Was my anxiety.
Omg yes. And I'm trying to stay calm but it's the tingling that gets me. Then I feel it in my chest.
I know exactly how it feels. Then you start to almost scan your body and feel if it hurts or if it's going away and your brain starts thinking maybe this is a heart attack or stroke.... It sucks I'm sorry. But it's actually totally normal to get a tingling sensation in your limbs from anxiety. It's weird how it happens when we try and chill. I think I'm more anxious in bed then while I'm doing stuff. I know it's hard but you are fine. Your focusing on it and that's making you more anxious which is spiking your adrenalin and that causes the tingling sensation.
I agree. Ok and at times my arms hurt like if it's a spasm but they hurt hurt. I know it's nothing serious they tell me it's due to dehydration or not enough potassium.
Can deffinitely be a lack of potassium. When you stress your body uses up a lot more reserves. A lack of potassium can also give you palpitations. So the chest pains I had also really hurt and my Doctor told me that anxiety can manifest pain. Probably nerves and muscles tensing.
Ok now gotta go buy more bananas and hide them lol. But yes I've had bad chest pain and arm pain. I never usto feel this way till this year.
Could be that you are experiencing more stress this year? I feel like my anxiety is worse this year. You have been through this before. So you know it's OK your going to be fine. Tomorrow will be a new day.
Hi ! Are you feeling better? Make sure you do slow breathing. You can do this...you are strong! I wish you peace! XXX
I'm feeling a bit better thank you. I'm doing and trying the slow breathing
Okay , now hang in there, keep doing it....like you said you are healthy...try to think positive or take your mind to a happy place! Sending you some joy!!! XXX
My guess is a mild panic attack. I’ve experienced this before and found grounding, meds prescribed by my psychiatrist, meditation, and breathing all help.
