I just want to encourage everyone on here, whether you are struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, PTSD, etc. I really encourage you to go out and get the help you need. Don't stop until you find someone who will listen to you, and willing to help. It may be a doctor, counsellor, therapist, physchiatrist, pastor, etc. Whatever works for you, do it, and don't ever be ashamed. 1 in 4 Canadians suffer with some form of anxiety and/or panic disorder. You are never alone, and be you own advocate.

Be your own health advocate, very good advice. Research and educate yourself. There couldn’t be easier access to everything on earth (good and bad so be discerning) than the internet and library. Advocate also implies: stand up for yourself. Demand answers. Question when things seem questionable. Get a 2nd opinion. Listen to your gut. Live gracefully and with truth at your side. It will never let you down. But yes, like you said, seek. Seek help, seek wisdom, seek like-minded compadres who will uplift you.
