When you feel your depression creeping up on you MOVE, go for a walk, a visit to the park might help, don't stay in one spot and let it take control
I made a picnic basket with our favorite things to eat, a great book, a blanket,my big furry baby spidey even asked my sweet neighbor Mrs vanberg to join us, i can't imagine a perfect way to keep bad thoughts away than this. See you guys later π»π
I agree wholeheartedly, I decided to stop just laying around putting on more weight, my blood sugar sky rocketing and wondering why I was feeling depressed. So now in stead of just coming home and flopping onto the bed I get on my bike which is right by my bed and ride. I feel so much better it is amazing.

Maybe i should get a bicycle, why didn't i think of that im not ready to drive long distance but instead of walking to work a bike might help... aaaaaaah thanks for giving me the idea sweetie and yes staying in make it worse
