Is it normal to have anxiety but not have a lot of panic attacks? I feel like i have a few, but they arent extremely intense unless something bad happens

While anxiety and panic attacks are lumped together they are two separate things. Anxiety is a normal occurrence in life. Panic attacks are a fight or flight response to a perceived danger. Anxiety and stress can lead to panic attacks.

I don’t get panic attacks really either. Just anxiety.

I feel better im not alone

For me, I do have a lot of anxiety each day; but, I don't or it does not always lead into a panic attack. Sometimes my levels of anxiety are off the charts and sometimes they are minimal. I would love for that anxious feeling to go away completely. Always know, you are NOT alone in this. :)
