I recently worked my way through a terrible and rough anxiety patch. I thought I was on my way to recovery and I hit a snag. Im feeling depressed, hopeless, unfulfilled and nothing seems to help. I know this stems from a recent break-up and I just don't know how to pull myself together and regain my "happiness". Any suggestions?

I just turned 30. I'm not 96 so I will not pretend I absolutely know what I'm taking about, but when it comes to 'feeling better', for me it started with 'self-awareness'.
Knowing not just who you are in the big picture, but truly understanding the little things that when put together make you, you.
Whether it's your breakup or something else you just can't get your head and/or heart around try to breathe and reflect on the details.
Slow things down and in your head breakdown the things that you did, he/she did, what you didn't do, what he/she didn't do, whether you were or are truly happy and use your answers to discover your next best step.
Certain matters of the heart supersede anything our minds tell us and I am by no means suggesting you should 'analyse' your situation, but maybe attempt to break down your emotions into black & white so you can face them one by one to find your own personal solution....
