Death by Covid, and how to get through it!

In a previous post I mentioned about being absent, having personal problems….. in fact because of the Covid Pandemic, My elder Brother, my Stepson, my Brother in Law and my future Son in Law were all taken from our family…. I could not attend any funerals except my Stepson’s, because I was self isolation at home!

I managed to return to full health after a bout of Covid.

May they all rest in peace!

Don.😢

That is so sad, Don. So many men in your family - but they live on in your memories. Still what a really tough time you have been through. Beyond belief, when I have lost no-one - not that I have much family but my partner does. It must have been very hard suffering from Covid yourself with all this going on. I'm glad you're back, and I do hope you at least have some females around you and - a dog for comfort? 🤗

Under the summer roses

When the flagrant crimson

Lurks in the dusk

Of the wild red leaves,

Love, with little hands,

Comes and touches you

With a thousand memories,

And asks you

Beautiful, unanswerable questions.

So sorry to hear of all your losses Don, it must of all affected your health, so that's why you've not been yourself lately. Sasha was a big part of your family too and it's all, very sad to hear all this. You need this holiday Don

To relax and unwind. Release your stresses, and enjoy yourselves. So please do that and take good care of yourself

Kaz. 😘🌈

Sorry veteran for your losses. My condolences.

I’m so sorry for your losses. Idk how long ago you lost them but here in Canada we are still losing a lot of people and the government, media etc. isn’t giving any information on those dying and everyone is acting as if Covid is gone. Everyone is different but maybe it would make you feel better getting the word out about how many people you lost. I luckily haven’t lost anyone but I don’t have that many people in my life(maybe 10) and all are vaccinated and boosted. My bf got it at the end of March and we couldn’t isolate from each other and somehow I didn’t get it. I’m sure it was my vaccines PLUS I take minimum 4K iui of vitamin D a day(went to 10k/day when bf was sick) 2k mg vitamin C and 50mg/day zinc (doubled it while bf was sick) and I also took echinacea while he was sick.

I’m not a Dr. So anyone reading this, talk to your own Dr.

I hope your post reminds people it’s still very much out there and stay safe!
