Getting Out (A Poem Thing)

I feel suffocated in this hell hole that's supposed to be a home

I feel trapped in a cage as I lay awake at night

My thoughts screaming at me, warning me, they say:

"Get out get out you need to get out!"

But I ignore those voices and pretend that I'm alright

I put a smile on my face, stitching it in place

My eyes are bright, not with love or joy but with fright

I'm scared, I'm delusional, I'm going insane

Someone help someone please stop the pain

Thanks and no, my dad doesn't care about me enough to get me to a therapist. I'm trying to find help on my own right now.
