getting up

I've washed the dishes, taken the garbage out, vacuumed, folded the laundry and showered. Now I'm going to the gym for a workout. I know it seems stupid to tell you all this but the alternative was to just sit around in my pj's and I almost decided to do just that. But i feel better now that I'm doing stuff. And I'm posting this in hopes someone will tell me good job.

You’ve already been more productive that I have all week! You’re on the right path and you’ve got this! I’m so proud of you!

Great job! I love those productive days

Mornings are always the worst. Well done for pushing through. Here in the UK it’s 07:50 and I understand where you’re coming from! Once you have given yourself that push, the adrenaline that has worn off overnight kicks in and I know I’ll feel fine again. Thanks for sharing😊

What a victory. Always a tough one to choose the exercise path over the do nothing path.

Well done! I know how difficult it is to find the mental and physical strength to get up and keep moving. But you did it and felt much better and you can do it again! Have a great day today. X

I don't think it's stupid, your telling us that you've made progress I did the same thing. I'm use to laying around today I went out ran errands, then went swimming. I Live in California we're having a heat wave. Seem like every senior citizen within a 20 mile radius was there??? I felt better after that, I'll have to stop swimming for a few months. Can't afford the gym fees.

As I sit here and contemplate my day..... Staying in all day was an option. Now... with some great motivating statements.... I’m preparing for a day at the gym!

Thank you! You Rock!

Great job- I have a saying that I try to stick to most mornings- GET up - Get ready and get Out. - It helps with the day - Yesterday I did it and it was a good day - today I slept in and the anxiety was a bit worse this morning

Excellent ! That's the way we knock depression, panic, and anxiety out of the ball park. Solid little days like this give us our confidence back. Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Pam

Good job! You did stuff AND went to the gym. The better part of you got to it and you actually "flipped-off" the part of you that would just stay home. I'm inspired...thanks!

I will definitely tell you good job!
