I know...it is hard. If you love him, it will take time to enjoy life again. Just take it a day at a time or minute by minute, which ever is applicable! You can get through this! Let yourself grieve and cry as needed. I don’t believe holding it all in is a good choice. Hoping you can reach a level of acceptance and happiness sooner rather than later! Sending you hugs!!
I'm sorry your experiencing this. So am I. But I'm happy to be rid of someone who has hurt me so badly. The pain will go away I promise it will. Keep your head up
