I thought panic attacks and this feeling was over I had a panic attack driving on Sunday for no reason! I really don’t understand why and I’m still feeling
This out of body experience I hate this I’m going to consider other options I’m giving up I pray god helps me

You aren’t alone. Those of us that suffer with anxiety...panic attacks can happen anytime and anywhere and sometimes without provocation or warning.
I had one a few days ago. It happened at nighttime and lasted until the next morning.
You shouldn’t beat yourself up or be too hard on yourself. It isn’t your fault. This is a condition that we have that we have to sadly learn to live with.
When you say that you are giving up...may I ask what you mean?
Hi I can relate because I’ve gotten past the panic attacks for years only to have them come back and now more recently I am on the verge of being in the clear and then siddenly out of the blue, like you, one will pop up and it is discouraging but remember we are still moving forward, we should pay more attention to the victories no matter how small they may seem they are what is building to get to the top and conquer the stuff that may be more difficult at the time.
