Has anyone tried and given up on CBD oil (thc free) and gone back to Rx's...

I hope its ok to write about this, if not, my apologies to the admins and I will understand if you delete it... I was wondering if anyone has tried the CBD oils for anxiety and depression and then gone back to Rx medication...The CBD oil is so expensive which to me is prohibitive...and my medicare help with my Rx expenses.. I've tried two brands and it simply di not work... anyway, if you could share I would appreciate it. Prozac and I do not get along.

Hi Betty I have try CBD oil but it only worked for a few days and it is expensive. I still have some in fact I should just throw it away. By the way I just changed my medicine from Celexa to Prozac I hope it works for me an I take Hydrocizine, Hydrocizine helps calm me down, but every morning I can't wait to take my meds still waiting for the Prozac to work I hope it's only been a week. Sometimes some of us just need prescription medications and that's where I'm at, tried some natural medicine and it didn't help me, and with prayers we will get through this. You'll see, God loves us all. Pray

Susan, thank you for your kind reply, I appreciate it... I wish I had the money to keep trying different CBD oils and dosage amts, but I don't...sooooo... this coming Tuesday at my Dr appt. I guess I will ask him if he will put me on Mirtazapine...tried that once before and others told me THEY thought I was doing good on it! I have a couple of friends who use Prozac and are doing really well on it...sometimes it takes a couple of wks to kick in (unfortunately!)
