I’ve been looking into it for a while .I saw a lot of positive reviews on it .It’s a little expensive here where I live but i’m willing to spare some money to give it a try.
But what worries me the most is what happens when I stop taking it? What if it only has effect while I take it (like medication/pills) and then when I stop things are even worse?
Anyone tried it and can tell me how(long) they used it or what happened when you stopped! Thank you!

Cbd doesn’t appear to be addictive. It is a different part of the plant. You don’t even feel high. It is such a fad that it is now overpriced and hard to identify good from poor. There is little standardization. I was using some early on and I can’t tell you if it helped or it was placebo. When it is mixed with a tiny amount of thc it is nice for sleep and is mellowing. I can’t speak to addiction. I think it is like alcohol… some become dependent some don’t. Unfortunately the legal issues continue to keep it from being studied. I don’t take it regularly for those reasons. Just for sleep.
Thank you for the answer and sharing your experience! I’m glad to hear it helps with your sleep.
I know the difference between THC and CBD, i ocassionally smoke, but it’s hard to pick a suitable strain when it’s not legal.
CBD is legal where I live (not very known or used, tho), and I think I found a good one .I searched and researched a lot and found a couple sources saying CBD may have “withdrawal symptoms” like irritability and low mood and naturally, it alerted me a little as it’s exactlly what I’m trying to fight using it .
But I know the best answers I could get is directlly from people who tried it, so I tought I could ask here.
Thank you for the answer! That’s helpful and reassuring .
Price is indeed a problem.I’ll probablly not be able to use it steadly either, but I’m totally up to give it a try and maybe get it whenever I can spare the money .
Hi Joey I know my reaction was a freak reaction butCBD oil gave me the worst depression I have ever had in my life it lasted 6 months Like I said I realise it was a freak reaction because I looked all over the Internet searching for others with a similar reaction
so start on a very low dose to be on the safe side
Hi, I do not personally like it. I think it is all a hype. I do use a mixture of cbd and thc to help sleep. But I think I am getting sick from it. My sister can not use it. Good luck.
