Anxiety...ppl

Just went by this amphitheatre here to show my aunt and I was so consumed with what ppl were thinking. At least I got to see my aunt. It was so nice to see her after 3 years!! Going to lake on Monday😀 I tried my hardest to be around ppl at the theater. Its still consuming my thoughts. I just focused on my mom and aunt and tried not to care what others thought!! Its all I can do😀 I hope everyone's out enjoying the beautiful weekend!!!!

Thanks agora1!! I remember the rainy days of Seattle. 9 months a year!! Lol. I just went out for an hour. Had to come back for a bed delivery. Still waiting...How have you been doing??

Hi people aren't thinking about you ld. Rationally you know that you are not important enough to them so why would they? They are thinking about themselves wondering if they look ok and what they are going to have for dinner.

The only way others will look at you is if you act strangely then you will draw curious looks. Even then there is a good chance they will think poor soul rather than yuck! x

Lol I know your right but telling my insane brain that is another. I just keep trying day by day. Another huge problem about going out is suffering from hyperhidrosis! Anything I do causes excessive sweating all over. I mean its really really bad. Causes a lot of anxiety. Ill keep what you said and try to get out.

Good. I know it's not easy but keep telling yourself this and repeating it to yourself. When you go out keep either a neutral expression on your face or a small smile and remember to hold your head up high. People will take you by your own estimation of yourself and if you look confident and normal then they will not pay you any attention. x

Thank you Olivia!😀😄 I was pretty nervous but was only there to show my aunt. Ppl were everywhere but yea was consumed with anxiety. Hope it gets better with med I'm on! How are you??

I’m ok lovedogs. Recuperating after my overseas trip. Been quite jet lagged and low, not as bad today..
