Has anyone ever found any natural Supplements like Kava, Valerian Root or CBD to be successful in subsiding your anxiety. I am interested in it but don’t know where to start. Any advice or experiences are greatly appreciated as I start a new job and college very soon and I’m nervous. (:

Magnesium powder from any drugstore and GABA and Epsom salt baths and lemon balm tea
Vitamin D, directly from the sun is best but as a supplement during the short daylight seasons. Eating good food is essential, there are diets that focus on mental health issues, but it is good to just have a healthy diet.
I do GABA and have found it helps a little. Everyone is different though. Perhaps talk to your MD
Kava Yogi Stress Tea works wonders. You can get it at Walmart and put a teaspoonful of honey in it to make it taste good. Or try Kava Supplement if you do not like hot tea. Also, Natrol (Walgreens and Walmart.com) has Stress and Anxiety Tablets as well as Hyland's CALM tabs (Walmart, vitamin section (you can find StressTabs in that section too. I also take SAME it works well (Walmart) Get a nice back massager pad (about $20, Walmart) or a foot bath with Epsom salts (also Walmart.) Hope these help! Take care!
