Yesterday my husband, dog and I went on a very long hike, I think it ended up being about 8 miles total! My legs were so sore afterwards and today. Felt good to exert myself physically.

Sounds great, I go to the Mourne mountains in Northern Ireland. I went sunday and walked for about 5 hours. The scenery is stunning.
