What kinds of exercise do you find most helpful?
I'm intrigued about the dietary aspect too. Do you mind sharing about what changes you're making with your diet?
Hello, I just do cardio and weights at the gym . I think yoga would also be beneficial to my regimen also. I just try not to drink too much caffeine since that can add to anxiety. I'm a coffee lover lol!! Also just eating vegetables and staying hydrated.
