Fear of loosing my friends and family or my entire network of friends

Hello there, i am new in here..i need to share something . On Sat. I felt very terrible. Due to a breakup with a man. I shared my thoughts with a friend of mine. He panicked and called a friend of mine and my sister and told them they should check up on me. That's when the real drama started. I didn't want anyone to know besides my friend I did call. I feel so embarrassed and I think I lost through this my best friend, my sister and my family over seas. My sister told my other sister's over seas about my drama. Now I am scared, that I get labeled and get dumped from everyone. It is hard enough to feel down sometimes. But now I feel like everything got out of control . I am scared of loosing my friend or get looked at differently.

Can you explain alittle more on why you would think u would lose all of these people?

Hi I get the embarrassed feeling but don't get why your loved ones would desert you? If you don't want them to know then play it right down and say your friend greatly exaggerated and you are sorry he bothered them.

Tell them it was cause only by the break up with this man and once you offloaded to your friend you felt a lot better. You had no idea he would take it so seriously etc. You get the picture.

This will all die down very soon if you do that. x
